What color is salvia

Like most plants salvia is a rich green color vibrant in all it's glory. Sometimes salvia looks like bay leaves but when talking or referring to salvia extract then the color is a dark charcoal like black. When holding salvia divinorum in your hand it will seem like you are about to start a fire in your BBQ with your coal but without a doubt salvia is no coal and is used in drastically different ways. Unless you have a very good eye spotting salvia in the wild is and would be extremely difficult since this plant or herb if you will blends in and look's much like many other plants. One walking by salvia most likely would not know it was there and would pass right on by. To the right we have a picture of what salvia divinorum extract look's like.
